General Responsibility:
Maintains confidentiality, security and integrity of patient and organizational data.
Documents all utilization/resource management activity on Case Management Review Forms accurately and according to established timeframe.
Complies with all Hospital and department policies regarding documentation requirements. Assists Health Information Management Department in promoting complete and accurate documentation.
Assists in obtaining insurance authorization by providing clinical information as needed.

Requirements:
Must have a FL RN license with at least 3 years case management experience in an acute care hospital setting. BSN preferred.
